Tatiana Perebeinis and her two children were killed in Irpin, Ukraine during shelling by Russian forces on March 6, 2022.  

 Perebeinis was the head accountant for Silicon Valley alpha SE   Ranking. The company verified her death in a Facebook post.

The images of Ukrainian servicemen tending to the blemished bodies of a woman, her teenage son, and young daughter, and their friend ran on the frontal runner of the New York Times this week, along with online videos of the unprovoked attack on civilians. They stirred multinational outrage and a pledge from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to discipline the perpetrators. “ There will be no quiet place on Earth for you,” Zelenskyy said. “ Except for the grave.”

How is Tatiana Perebeinis:

Tatiana Perebeinis, 43, her daughter, Alise, 9, and son, Nikita, 18, were killed by Russian forces as they tried to flee the town of Irpin, a suburb about 15 minutes from Kyiv. Ukrainian soldiers tried to resuscitate a friend who was with them but he later died.

Irpin is a suburban checkpoint outside Kyiv that has been the focus of violent shelling in recent days. Ukraine suspended the evacuation of civilians at other points, similar to Mariupol, due to the breakdown of the check-fire with Russia. Other philanthropic corridors have also reported bombings by Russia.


According to UNICEF, the number of deportees who have formerly fled Ukraine surpassed two million. The number of civilians killed in the conflict is close to and nearly wounded according to Ukrainian government sources.
